Sharing Custom Data Feed

I am fairly new to Custom Data Feeds but successfully created one that points to a URL with live data in CSV format. I can use it and work with it in Portal. However, it requires a log in to be able to view. I am hoping to incorporate the data into a dashboard to use across the organization and therefore need the data to not require a Portal log in to access. Is it possible to share the Custom Data Feeds with everyone in Portal?

Update: We figured out how to share it and I am posting it here in case anyone else runs into this issue. The feature services can be shared by the owner of the feature service using server manager.
