Ability to define a KML icon <hotSpot>

Drawing a new point, the placemark's <hotSpot> (anchor point) will always be at the bottom center. It makes sense if you use a pin icon:

But it feels awkward when you use a target icon:

It would be nice to be able to adjust the icon anchor point directly at the creation of the point.

I'm glad to share that the `<hotSpot>` / anchor point property will be supported in ArcGIS Earth V2.3.  You'll be able to select presets or specify the anchor position. Please keep tuned on the next version.

I tested this feature with the 2.3 beta release. It is great to be able to change the anchor point within ArcGIS Earth! But there is an issue :

The default anchor point position is at the center (X:0,5 ; Y:0,5)

But the default point icon is a blue pin. So the combination of these 2 is odd :
