In the new Drone2Map 2022, you can set default coordinate systems for drone images and GCP in the settings, but not for the project itself. When creating a new project, the coordinate system is automatically derived from the selected drone images, which however is often not correct and also does not correspond to the system in which I want to create the generated products. One must therefore manually set the X,Y and Z coordinate systems correctly for each new project. A default setting would be nice.
