Upgrade ArcGIS Desktop 10.3 to 10.4.1 without Uninstalling

I am trying to upgrade my ArcGIS desktop 10.3 to ArcGIS desktop 10.4.1 for concurrent use. I searched for the documentation but could not find one. Is there any documentation on upgrading ArcGIS for Desktop from 10.3 to ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1.1?

Proceed with the installation of ArcGIS 10.4.1 Desktop. No need to uninstall previous version.

Existing ArcGIS for Desktop users

The ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop setup package is designed to detect and upgrade an existing installation of ArcGIS 10.1–10.4 for Desktop on the target system. The settings for the installation location, license manager (for concurrent use), or authorization information (for single use) are retained in the upgrade.

Assuming your last line is a typo?  I'm assuming you are not trying to go back to 10.1.1 ??

Sorry about the typo. I meant to write 10.3 to 10.4.1 NOT 10.3 to 10.1.1.Thanks,
