Script Error, when searching for tools in ArcMap

When using the search for tools in ArcMap, the script error pops up that the 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' Not sure how to fix this. I have attached a screen shot of the error. If anybody who is familiar with the problem and have any solution. Please response ! Thanks

Try repairing ArcGIS Desktop install (using the installation setup or Control Panel).

Hello Jayanta,

I ran a repair from the ArcGIS Desktop installation setup. The problem still exits. I rebooted my system just to be sure. What else would help ?
