Right side of pop up window doesn't display

Here's a screen shot. I've tried several monitors and have the same issue so I don't think it's a resolution issue. It happens with different windows, for some there's no functionality over on the right side so it's a non issue. With the legend properties window it is an issue though as I lose access to the up/down slider.  I just installed 10.6. Thanks in advance for any help!

Do you use greater than 100% for Windows settings: Display: Scale and Layout? I use 125% to improve the readability of my screen, and when I maximize a popup window (e.g., attribute table) it seems to size the window to the original screen resolution without taking into account the Windows Scale setting. I use a two-display setup that's extended, as well, and when I have the popup on the right-hand monitor it orients well to the right of the left hand edge. I hypothesize that it's orienting the top-left to (y-resolution + 1) but because I'm at 125% the y-resolution of the first monitor is 20% smaller.

I made several of the changes suggested on those pages, then rebooted. That fixed it. Not sure which change it was that fixed it, but it's fixed. The font size % may well have been part of it.
