GPX to Feature ArcMap 10.2.2 Error

Hi,

I am using ArcMap 10.2.2 and I am trying to run the GPX to Features tool and it gives me an error.

I have attached a picture of the error: Update parameters Syntax Error

Can anyone guide me as to how to resolve this issue?

The missing module is ... numpy ... If you can run python either inside or outside arcgis, can you check to see if the numpy module is available by doing an   import numpy  at the python prompt ( >>> ).

And are you using a normal arcmap installation? or was it a custom install?
