Error installation ArcGIS for desktop 10.6

I'm trying to upgrade some PCs from ArcGIS for desktop 10.5.1 to 10.6 some PCs were upgraded successfully but some PCs Failed with an error , 1 PC has win 8.1 and 1 has win 7 SP1

Was beta version of any ArcGIS product installed in the machine?

e.g. Problem: ArcMap 10.4 (Prerelease or Final) won't run if installed after ArcGIS Earth 1.0 Beta

The tool did not work , is there any tool for arcmap repair  ??

repairs are done through Windows Control Panel... Got to Add/Remove programs, start it, then you will be given the option to Repair... try it

installation is not complete in the first place and and when trying to repair the repair is not complete also and giving the above error during installation

if it is the windows 8.1 machine, make sure the 2017 patch is installed

You could also try deleting that dll, then re-running the 10.6 setup.  It's installed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin\ESRIRegistrationMgr.dll".
