Dialogue box is not popping up whenever I click on the 'Go To XY' tool in ArcMap

Hello,i would kindly like to know the problem with my Arcmap because whenever i click on

Go To XY

feature,the dialogue box does not pop up.Instead the ArcMap keeps on not responding

Has it always done this?

When did it stop?

Have you installed anything recently?

In all projects or just the one you are working on?

Have you reset your application profile?

Have you done a Repair on your installation?

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled?
