data interoperability license issues

Hello, my goal is to perform WFS editing either w/i ArcMap or AcrGISPro.  I don't care which!  I believe ArcMap is the way to go.

I purchased a personal edition of ArcGISPro yesterday.  And from what I can tell, I should have all the tools I need.

But when I go to my toolbox, I only have 2 entries in the data interop category.

Am I missing something obvious?  I have tried reauthorizing everything via ArcGIS Admin, but it says I already have everything authorized when I finish.

Data Interoperability includes only two tools, as what you see.

I don't think you could directly edit a WFS layer in ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro. You can export the WFS to shapefile/Geodatabase Feature Class, and edit them.
