I have purchased a personal use license, Does this not include ArcGIS Pro ?  

What is the issue with not being able to open ArcGIS Pro due it being a public account?

If you have a paid license and do not know how to get set up, you should contact Esri support, not the Esri community, we're just a user community here and can't help you get licensed.  Here's the link to get help http://support.esri.com

LOL this solution doesnt work.  I will literally pay more money to fix this and you cant fix it.
