I already download Free trial ArcGIS Pro but I can not to sign in. Why? It has some relation with company I filled in? (I filled in University)

you will be sent an email on how to finalize your account
Did you get one? (check junk folder just in case)
Login to ArcGIS Online from a web browser. you need to assign the ArcGIS Pro to the named user.
Configure licenses for One Member: Manage Licenses - ArcGIS Online
Then, you could sign-in to ArcGIS Pro using the named user credentials.
