Connect to folder shows desktop path only

Help please,

Since last week i can't see other options apart from desktop in Connect to folder window in my ArcMap 10.3

Sometimes rebooting the machine solves the issue.

Else, close all ArcGIS applications and Try Resetting your ArcGIS application profile‌.

If that doesn't workout, you might need to repair the ArcGIS Desktop install.

I have tried to reset ArcGIS application profile but the problem still exist, i think now I'll have to repair ArcGIS Desktop install.

I repair the ArcGIS Desktop, now if i login as administrator on my computer the problem was gone, but if i login as a local user the problem still exist,so the challenge was i don't have the administrator privileges in my organization what can i do now.
