I bought the 1 year individual license for 100 dollars a couple of days ago. I have installed both arc pro and arc desktop. I have also authorized my arc desktop application though the single use pathway. When i attempt to sign into Pro however, I am told that I cannot sign in because my account is a public one. When I go to my esri account and look at my organization, the organization is my same account. I don't know what to do about this and need to begin working on a project with the software soon. Please help me. Thank you.
