Do you see a setup.exe file in the extracted folder? If yes, try to run it as an administrator from Windows Explorer. If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to raise a ticket with your Esri Tech Support/ Disributor.
Hello, Yes a did try your suggestion but stil not working.
Also try to uninstall all ArcGis programs,
Cleanup registery from all entrys that have "ArcGIS'or 'Esri' on it.
Cleanup local drive's C and D
Install all again but afterall the same error.
Installing on another pc with no problems.
The only differents is i use Windows 10 (on drive C) with redirection of all my document and lots of programs to drive 'D'
And also i see i could not change the install directory of Data Interopperbility setup........???? (could that be the problem ??).
So i think its a bug or something in the register of my pc thats give this error.
