Hello,

We are currently in the process of migrating from ArcMap 10.6.1 to ArcGIS Pro 2.7. One of the extensions we use every day is Data Reviewer. Something we have in our ArcMap setup is custom (user-defined) fields, which are extremely helpful when working through errors. These custom fields are set up in the data reviewer database, but when we work with new or existing sessions that contain these fields they don't show up in ArcPro. I haven't been able to find any documentation that says they are supported. Does anyone know if they are and if there is a trick to adding them?

Thanks!

Lisa

Hi Lisa,

Data Reviewer checks in ArcMap are replaced by Ready to use Attribute Rules in ArcGIS Pro. Results for these rules are stored in Error Inspector.  Batch Job workflows will be supported in ArcGIS Pro for some time but we encourage all our users to start using Data Reviewer Attribute Rules.

Not all capabilities are currently available and I would suggest that customers review the product roadmap (maintained in the Esri Community) to get a better understanding on what’s planned and their timelines. They can also provide feedback in the Data Reviewer Ideas board if they would like to suggest enhancements current ArcGIS Pro-based capabilities.

Thanks,

Kumar Gaurav

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for the info. We would like to move forward with attribute rules, but so far not all the checks we currently use are available. It would be cumbersome for our analysts to have to run multiple sets of checks from multiple places, so for now we'll be staying with batch files.

Thanks, Lisa
