Popup font color in Mobile View not adjusting to theme

I am having an issue with how popups are treated in the Mobile View vs the Desktop view in Dashboards.

In Desktop view, if you choose a dark theme the popup font color changes to a light contrasting color, but in Mobile view the font colour doesn't change. This makes even esri's pre-made themes unusable in mobile view when you have a map. I will mention that all of the font colours in the custom theme builder don't effect the popup text colour.

We are also experiencing this.  I think it might have been a bug introduced at the June 26th AGOL update as I did not notice this issue a few weeks ago.

Having a similar problem, that we didn't notice before. Pop up in the dashboard has white background and our text is white because the other widgets have dark backgrounds, and the pop up info can't be seen very well.
