I have an older AGOL dashboard created for a map made in Map Viewer Classic and a newer dashboard made on a map built in Map Viewer. They are both referencing the SAME map service published via ArcMap. My serial charts (bar charts) use Grouped Values where a simple OBJECTID Count is the value. In this case it is a Count of Workorder Numbers.

Resultant Serial chart is a simple count of the Workorders, so: 2 for 2202122022 and 3 for 5506132022.
I want the labels on the Category axis to be the Workorder number. This worked in the older dashboard, but the only labels I get on the new dashboard made from the new Map Viewer is "Null." The serial chart is calculated correctly, so it just seems to be a labeling issue. (There are actually zero "Null" values in the field.) I have tried it "Loading Categories" and without loading categories. I still only get "Null" as a label.
I have attached images 1. old Dashboard configuration- you can see the labels showing up as expected, 2.New Dashboard showing nulls, and 3.The categories ARE recognized and counted correctly for the new dashboard. The labels just do not show up.
