How can I create a 'popular times' chart (similar to google) with a date field in a Dashboard?

I am trying to create a 'popular times' serial chart similar to how google displays popular times for places of business (google image below).  

I have data coming in from a Survey 123 form that is tracking the number of skaters at outdoor skating rinks with a date field and rink ID field.  I currently have a serial bar chart showing the average number of skaters by hour over the last 7 days but I haven't been able to figure out how to do this kind of 'popular times' chart which would be the average numbers of skaters by hour by day of the week which was requested for the the dashboard.  Any suggestions are much appreciated.
