Dashboard able to perform calculations on selected data?

Hello,

I am attempting to produce my first dashboard, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

My rough dashboard idea speaks of Kentucky Geology Information as effectively a base map. The good news that is available here; https://kgs.uky.edu/arcgis/rest/services/KYGeo_WGS84/MapServer so that part is somewhat handled. 

Now to my questions, I need help with 2 things. 

1. Is my desired dashboard able to be created using the built-in tools of the dashboard?  Specifically I am interested in the bottom part of the dashboard showing the mean of gas well production by year of multiple selected gas wells.   I don't know how to code and am pretty new here. So is this possible, can arcgis dashboards perform calculations? 

2. If you look at my gas well data example you will see the production number for each year is on an individual row with a repeat of gas well location.  The different colors indicate when the record number changes and is for visuals only. My question is, can my data stay structured like this or should I alter it?
