Using dashboards has helped me visualize patterns in my incoming calls, but I’m trying to take it further by layering call tracking data from Phonexa on top of my service areas. The goal is to understand which regions generate the highest-value leads and route them more effectively. I’d like to know if anyone here has blended external lead distribution or call routing data with ArcGIS Dashboards to guide business decisions.
