Append data not syncing with indicators or filters

I recently appended data to a Survey123 stakeholder feature class which has a view layer used in a map which is the main feature of a dashboard. The problem is the appended data is not syncing with the dashboard, yet I can see it in the data table (filtered to show the data I entered yesterday). 

There are two indicators and two filters that are not connecting with the new data. One of the filters uses the last two fields you can see to view by that event. Any suggestions? I went into Survey123 and the data is there, even re-selected one of the domains for all of them just to be sure, and nothing. The dashboard is public so you can see it here.
