"Directions to here" configuration

I can't seem to find much documentation about how to configure the "Directions to here" feature action.  Specifically, I am trying to use the feature details widget to navigate to a point feature.  Option is visible, but disabled.

Assuming there is some setup in the Operations view that must be done before?

In order to use either of the Directions feature actions you need to add the Driving Directions tool to the map toolbar.  The Directions to Here and Directions from Here feature actions enter information into the Driving directions tool when executed; this is why the Driving directions tool is required.
