Within the dashboard, the category selector widget can be used to setup an automatic zoom to a selected feature. It would be helpful to be able to scale this zoom level through a few methods:
- Scale zoom by % of feature size (I believe this was implemented in the dashboards pre the version I'm currently using Enterprise 10.9.1)
- Scale zoom by an attribute feature distance (essentially a buffer distance)
- Scale zoom by set distance (again a buffered distance)
Support looked at this with me and apparently point feature classes do have a means to scale zoom, but there should be an option for all vector feature class types.
