Dashboard: Icons - Hover with Icon Name Tip and Icon Searching by Keywords Functionalities

Hi All,

I found it will be more user-friendly when picking a right icon using Dashboard. It's not categorized by tabs, but the user has to scroll through all the icons to find the proper icon for his/her dashboard.
