Better handling for element toolbars near bottom of dashboard

The little popup toolbar that appears when hovering over an element doesn't show all options when the element itself is shorter than the toolbar. It would make sense for this bar to align to the bottom left corner rather than the top left corner in these cases. In this specific case, the delete option is hidden, and the duplicate option can't be clicked as the toolbar disappears when the mouse exits the element's frame.
