Currently dashboard gauges are capped at 100% and give no indication if the gauge has actually gone over 100% if a reference value is being used. It would be nice if this could read over 100% or at least give some indication that it has exceeded the reference value because at a quick glance this can be misleading and going over the reference can important in many cases when the actuals are exceeding the planned/estimated.
