Unable to Open Map Invalid Argument - Offline Area Issue??

A number of my maps have started to throw and error in Collector for ArcGIS (previously Aurora). To troubleshoot the issue, I started from scratch and added layers one by one checking functionality. Everything worked fine until my map was finally configured and I went to build offline areas. After this, whenever I open my map in collector I receive an error stating: "Unable to Open Map Invalid Argument". These maps seem to open fine in Classic Collector. Any way to still utilize offline areas and not have this error?

Did you create offline area and try to download and open, it fails? If so, my guess is the offline area might not created successfully. At ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, you can tap on the area package you created, check if there is a replica created for each service of your webmap, also check if basemap file exists.

All offline areas had downloaded properly. After getting the error, I deleted the offline areas and the problem persisted. Still working in classic, but throwing this error in aurora.

Can you share your map to a group and invite the account Collector4ArcGIS into it?  Let me know the map name.

The map name is BLM_CA_EL_Recreation_Map, it is in the group EagleLakeDev.

I found this thread: https://community.esri.com/thread/227015-webmap-can-download-in-collector-classic-but-not-in-new-col... and think there may have been an issue with the multiple domains with the same name. I removed three more feature classes and I was able to get it functioning. Do you know why this is an issue with the new collector and not old collector?
