Hi, I am unable to open collector for arcgis app when I am offline. I have downloaded the map and basemap and I can see the in the On Device section when I am online. Even after I disconnect.
But when I try to start the app while offline, it just loads forever (on the first screen) (I have just one map without data and offline basemap (tpk).
switching to on device category does not help.
This only occurs on Sony Z3 tablet, on my phone Samsung S4 mini, it works fine any time.
Is there any solution to this?
