I have a shop which uses varying devices for Collector use. Two of the devices in use are Galaxy Tab A's 8". When I turn off the screen, then turn back on, my map is no longer visible and I am unable to view any map from any group both offline and online. I then have to open of the app manager and force Collector to stop working. One of the devices does this every time, while the other Tab A does it about half the time. I don't have the battery life on the device to run the screen for 10 hours straight and must be able to put the screen to sleep
I have a 3rd android device, a Galaxy Tab 4 8" that does this about 1/4 of the time. I've also used my personal iPhone 7 and have experienced no issues when turning my screen off. All devices in my possession are up to date on both collector and device software. Any suggestions or ideas would be very appreciated. Thanks!
