Recovering Unsynced data in Field Maps

We've had some bad luck getting a Field Maps app working to collect offline data. We now have one worker with approximately 350 unsynced points on his device that we are trying to recover.

I found this for Collector: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012460

It seems like it should work for Field Maps, but what was downloaded does not seem to have a geodatabase. Does anyone have suggestions for recovering unsynced data on device from Field Maps?

We are collecting using iPad Pro 11 (256 GB) with iOS 14.2

Did you ever figure this out? I have orphaned data that refuses to sync that I have to try to offload from a colleague's iPhone. Not excited in the least. Found this post, then came across this:

I ended up talking to Esri Tech Support and they walked me through a recovery process. As far as I can tell, we did get all the data, even though there were some issues (some data did both sync and get recovered, with some recovered data missing attributes).

My original issues stemmed from testing an app with live data collection (due to tight timelines). Now the app is in production, and we haven't had any further syncing issues.

Thanks for following up. I hope we can get to the bottom of what caused it.
