Problem downloading offline area in new Collector

We are having an issue with multiple offline (all 3) areas not able to download in Collector,  however the maps open and a offline area can be downloaded in Classic.  I have attached the developer troubleshooting log for reference.

It may be best to open a case with Esri Support services. I would provide to them the following information:

1. if you are working with ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online
2. if these are hosted feature layers or referenced  ArcGIS Server services.
3. The data source of the feature layers in question
