We're using Collector Classic to document the location of invasive plant species. We need a track because that indicates "negative observations", i.e., there are no invasives along the route unless reported.
On some phones and some of the time, we get sync errors that result in our observation points and polys being synced but not the track points. We're using location tracking built from an AGOL template. We can see the points being generated on our phones; the problem is syncing them.
Thoughts welcome!

PS. I have a lot of questions since I'm a self-taught volunteer. Nobody else in our organization has experience with Collector or AGOL.
