Hello,

I am hoping to create a "check list" in AGOL Collector.  I have six options for repair that may be done at a location, and the answer may be none, one, multiple, or all.  A domain type only lets me choose one answer.  For example, my domain could contain values red, blue, green, yellow.

I want to answer red, at another point answer red and blue, another location may be all four values.  Is this even possible?  I feel like having it in one question would be easier for the inspector, and easier for me when I have to sum up the repair items for billing.  Thanks for the advice.

I think the easiest way to do this with Collector at the moment is to have a field / question for each value, i.e.

Red? Yes / No

Blue? Yes / No

Green? Yes / No

Yellow? Yes / No

.. though this can get a bit ugly with lots of values.

You may actually be interested in a new tool they've developed called survey123. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but we have a similar situation with some of the things that we collect (multiple options for a question). This will allow you to do that. Survey123 for ArcGIS
