Hi,
I have a Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 Windows 10 tablet which has recently updated to the 20H2 Windows update. The internal GPS is no longer working in either Collector or Survey123 and I suspect it may have been affected by the Windows update.
I updated the GPS drivers, and am getting a fix in a GPS Viewer Utility. Windows is up to date, and I have the latest version of Collector Classic (v20) installed, and version 3.11.64 of Survey123.
Could Collector/Survey123 be trying to connect to the wrong COM Port?
