How do I access or download my data from the collector app to my desktop?

I have successfully uploaded and used the collector app to make edits in the field using an existing shapefile layer. Now that I am back in the office, I would like to download or access this layer to use, edit and store on ArcGIS desktop. When I access this map in the "My Contect" portion of ArcGIS Online, the map shows the layer in the unedited version - what the layer looked like before I completed my field work. How can I get the edited version of this layer? It's shapefile layer with points and a small attribute table.

Hi Tanya,

Once you complete the SYNC operation on Collector, the edited data should be seen on ArcGIS Online.

Hi Tanya,

I had a similar issue where my collected data never showed up on when I synced. I never came to a resolution (though, I should call Esri support on it at some point).
