I have a map on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6 which contains
- 2 layers from the same hosted feature layer created from Survey123
- a basemap (World Topo Map Export)
When opening this map with the same account on different Collector setups, I have different behaviors:
- Windows 10: works perfectly
- iOS 10: works perfectly
- Android 8.1: cannot see any features
- Android 5.1: cannot see any features
On Android, when trying to download the map, I get the following error message:
One or more of the layers could not be loaded. The map cannot be downloaded.
