I'm a developer and a client asked the question, "Does a high number of records in ArcGISOnline cause IPad’s to sync slower?" I searched for answers here and at google, but did not find information. Thought I'd post here to see what happens. Would be great for specifics and tips to speed things up. One page had information about "two-way" communication would slow things down.
