Hi,
We're trying to setup Collector with a couple custom basemaps. After authoring the web maps that have a hosted tile layer + hosted feature service, I can see the Web Map in the Collector app. The basemap, however, does not appear. Have been searching to find the cause, and have tried publishing the vector tiles with a different tiling scheme and setting the Pro Map document to Web Mercator to see if that may do the trick, but no luck.
Anyone else experienced this or have ideas about what's going on?
