Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to use Collector with ArcGIS 10.3 where my published data (points) are stored simply in a File Geodatabse and the service is a Feature Service enabled for Query, Insert, Delete and Sync. So I can able to work fine from my Android Collector App.
The question is: what about concurrent changes, so concurrent Sync, when multiple users submitt them to the server if there is no SDE enterprise geodatabase? Who wins? What about the contemporaneity?
