Hello all,
Was wondering if someone could shed some light on an error my organization is seeing intermittently when attempting to download offline areas in Collector Classic. I have attached the error we are seeing on 2 different maps shared with different groups via our organization's enterprise portal.
The failure message reads as follows: "Attempt to invoke virtual method ' java.lang.String org.codehaus.jackson.JsonNode.toString()' on a null object reference"
I haven't seen this one before, we are at a loss. Any help would be appreciated - if I get another complaint from a field worker I will be opening up a case and will keep you updated on this thread.
