Hi guys,

I have an ArcGIS for Server federated with with Portal both in v.10.2.2. I have created a web map and shared that with everyone including the ags services underneath.

After disabling the self-account-creation I have noticed that Collector for ArcGIS does not load any web maps
http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#/Disabling_users_ability_to_create_built_in...

I have logged in Collector using the admin account ...

After enabling the setting again everything started to work properly. This is not an issue with Portal as if I use the portal built-in features it works normally.

Cheers,
Jose

Are you able to login with the admin account once the account setting as been disabled?

Hi Russ,

After changing the setting to disabled I can login with the admin account in both Collector and Portal for ArcGIS.
After that, Portal for ArcGIS displays the Web Maps appropriately in the My Content area but Collector does not show any Web Map.

If I enable the setting again Collector starts working normally and displays the Web Maps.
