ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8. I just setup an immediate calculation attribute rule on the database. Then published the layers to a feature service, and created a webmap in portal. I noticed that the webmap cannot be taken offline in Collector.
Is this expected behavior, i.e. not being able to download an offline area if the feature service contains attribute rule(s)?
