ArcCollector labels are not visible on Android device but they are visible on ipads.

We are working in the ArcCollector app 19.0.1.  We need the offline map to be available.  We are testing it on ipads and the labels are visible, however, when we test it on Android tablets, the labels are not visible.  This is necessary for field collection.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jo Ann - Labels are supported in the new Collector app, which is released on iOS and in beta on Android. If you are using Collector 18.0.3 on Android, it doesn't support labels. If you are interested in trying out the Android beta, we'd appreciate your feedback. To get the beta, join our Collector Early Adopter community so you’ll have the latest information on what you can test as well as provide feedback. Once you’ve joined, visit Getting Started to access the beta release for Android.

For offline, the Android beta currently supports preplanned workflows, where areas of the map to take offline are defined in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. On-demand offline workflows, where the user of the map defines the area to take offline, will be coming in a later beta.
