Hi,
When you are preparing to export to the web scene, in the layer settings window, create a layer group by selecting the layers you wish to compare and giving them the same group name. Then when you export, the layer group will show in the layers panel & you can then double click the swipe tool icon and that will activate the slider bar in the scene.
