ESRI City Engine for undergroung infrastructure

Hello,

With reference to this old thread https://community.esri.com/thread/42075
has there been any development or workaround for including underground infrastructure in City
engine models?

Viewing shared/published City engine models in a web viewer
is fantastic in terms of performance and Textures. It will  really benefit Wet infrastructure industry if
we were able to show under ground utilities.
