CItyEngine2019 import Unreal Engine4.25 All materials are missing

Save as .udatasmith

004.pngImport UE4 with datasmith plug-ins

005.pngThere are only two folders:Geometries and Textures

003.pngThere is no material on the model

01.png02.png

How to solve this problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you open the "Output Log" in Unreal (Window → Developer Tools → Output Log) after importing the Datasmith file and check if you see any related error messages?

If you don't find anything, could you send me a zip file of the Datasmith file and asset folder (building.udatasmith and building_Assets) so I can investigate further?

I do not really understand the CGA , I used the default CGA009.png

if I need to change something about it, maybe I should learn the CGA from the beginning

But I'm only a designer,not programer.It's too difficult for me ,ha-ha

That start rule really should not be the problem.  It's only doing basic texturing rules and none of the new PBR materials creation.  In that case, it just creates some simple base materials from your textures.  But your materials folder is completely missing.  Could you screen capture your export settings from CityEngine to Unreal Engine?
