City Engine Vue license transfer.

I'm a City Engine Vue user and I recently renewed my mac. I want to use CE on my new mac but when I try to install and activate CE, it says "this activation code is already in use on another computer."

How can I cancel the activation for my old mac and reactivate it on my new mac?
