city engine keeps crashing as soon as it begins

I start city engine, it loads, gets to open file and crashes before it finishes loading. Any ideas why?

I was having the same issue with CE 2020.0, it was crashing on startup - deleting these files solved the issue. It might be worth mentioning that the project was using 'Modeling a City Using Esri CityEngine' tutorial data from the training catalogue. I did start another project within the folder structure, but deleting the .metadata, ce.lib, ESRI.lib, .prtcache files allowed the program to start.

Hello Dave, is it possible to send the corrupt collada file, so I could analyze the issue?
