What is the month-date for the Esri Business Analyst Online 2019 Population forecast?

I need to cite the month-year for the population data derived out of Esri's Business Analyst Online using the  2019 'Age by Sex by Race Profile' report template. The generated report states: Source: U.S. Census Bureau, Census 2010 Summary File 1. Esri forecasts for 2019...but no month is provided. Please advise...

Demographics are point estimates representing July 1 of the current
and forecast years. The following table summarizes the updated
